On Saturday we went to sticks and stones to look at Tiles, cupboards, Counters and floors. We had a good meeting with Chris Hardy who is getting a quote together for us, we sat with his for 2 hours going over all the options and have decided for his quote: light wood cupboards, red brick floors in dining, kitchen & utility; a quartz counter top with red, orange flecks in it, a white quartz for the bathrooms and dark wood cupboards, a very durable cream colour tile for the bathrooms, a dark wood floor for the rest of the house floors.
They didn't work over the weekend, but have knocked down the first portion of the outside stairs and the living room floor on Monday. Jesse spoke with Sylio about digging the utility room back further and then we thought we could have a bigger kitchen, but his wouldn't work as you need outside access to the power room. Not sure what we are going to do on this yet.
All four guys were there on Monday.
